Dutch Apple French Toast Yield: 12 servings
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar 3/4 cups Butter 3 Tbs Maple Syrup Apples, peeled, cored and sliced enough to cover 11 x 15 pan and then some 1 Loaf Cinnamon Raisin Bread 8 Eggs 1 Quart Milk 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Heat the sugar, butter and maple syrup until syrupy. Pour into a 11" x 15" pan. Spread apples over syrup. Break or cube bread (Much like for bread pudding) and layer the slices of bread over the apples. Beat the remaing ingredients toge
