Gary’s Rib Rageous Rub
¾ cup paprika
¼ cup lemon pepper
¼ cup coarse salt
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 – 2 teaspoons cayenne

Mixed spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool dark pantry.
Apply 30 minutes – 4 hours before cooking
Cook ribs in oven 4 hours at 275 degrees then 1 hour on BBQ on low heat, or 6 hours on wood fired smoker eater

Gary’s Apple Maple Rib Dippy Do
2 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup apple sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup maple syrup

In a heavy saucepan, over medium heat bring to boil for 1 –2 minutes
Brush on ribs 30 – 60 minutes before serving or pour over ribs when serving

Extraordinary Cheese Dip
8 oz (250 g) package spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
1 Cup (250 ml) low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp VE cheese chives & bacon dip mix
1 tsp VE Lemon Dilly dip mix
1 tsp VE 3 Onion dip mix
1 round of sourdough bread

Combine first 7 ingredients until well blended.
Cut off top half of loaf and scoop out to make a bread bowl.
Save remaining bread, cut into cubes and reserve for dipping.

Spoon cheese mixture into bread bowl.
Place in oven for 20 -30 min or until heated through.
Serve with bread and crackers.

Dutch Apple French Toast
Yield: 12 servings

1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
3/4 cups Butter
3 Tbs Maple Syrup
Apples, peeled, cored and sliced enough to cover 11 x 15 pan and then some
1 Loaf Cinnamon Raisin Bread
8 Eggs
1 Quart Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Heat the sugar, butter and maple syrup until syrupy. Pour into a 11" x 15" pan. Spread apples over syrup. Break or cube bread (Much like for bread pudding) and layer the slices of bread over the apples. Beat the remaing ingredients toge

Becky’s Carmel Apple Dip

1 block of cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tub caramel spread

Beat cream cheese and brown sugar, swirl in caramel
spread on a plate, sprinkle skor bits on top and serve with slices of apples
